COVID-19 Vaccination clinic – Moderna 18 years and older & Pfizer ages 12 years and older
Bivalent boosters of the Moderna vaccine are available to adults 18 years and older.
Bivalent boosters of the Pfizer vaccine are available to those 12 years and older.
Appointments for this clinic are strongly advised, but walk-ins will also be accepted.

All persons must show identification. For children 17 years of age or younger, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for vaccination, either in person, by phone at the time of the vaccination appointment, or by completing a consent form.
Medical practitioners will be on-site at all times at each clinic to answer any questions and tend to any needs or concerns.
